The History of Branda’s
Our family has been in the food industry for over half a century. It all started with our great grandmother who made sausage and was known as the “Sausage Queen of Hoboken”. The influence was so pronounced, it affected our father with a love for food and a desire to start his own food distribution business, providing high quality food to Italian restaurants and pizzerias. He passed this love on to his sons and grandson.
This led to the establishment of “Branda’s Italian Grill”. Founded in 2001 by Claude and Joe Branda.
Claude Branda has been in the food business for over 20 years. He has various experience in the food industry as restauranteur, chef consultant, and food salesman and distributor.
Joe Branda is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in various positions and restaurants in the metropolitan area.
